**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Manually entering Crash Records according to established procedures using PC Imaging software as the data entry device
* Inputs and retrieves alphabetical and numerical information from scanned and processed images
* Compare fields, identify mismatched data, and requires strong attention to detail
* Verifies input data to ensure accuracy of completed work, and edits for errors during processing
* Ensures strict confidentiality and integrity of client records according to policies and procedures
* Meet expected hourly production volume goals
* Maintain quality levels above minimums set by management
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
* Scanned images needing to be data entered are not the best quality from our source, so performance levels will be taken into consideration
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Experience with the use of personal computers and proficient typing skills
* Students must be able to commit to a weekly schedule and be consistently dependable for these hours
* Students must professionally exemplify time management skills
* Must be able and comfortable working in an environment without immediate supervision
* Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and related software applications

* Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
