[Remote] Program Operations Coordinator

The National Association of State Procurement Officials is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator to support their partnership with Arizona State University. This role involves managing logistics, coordinating events, and developing engagement programs to enhance talent development initiatives.ResponsibilitiesMaintain comprehensive records of all activities specified in the NASPO-ASU Agreement, including tracking deliverables, partner communications, event schedules, and engagement dataAssist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, calls, webinars, and attendance at events for NASPO staff including the Supply Chain Executive Council (SCEC) and Supply Chain Management Association (SCMA)Make recommendations and develop programs for student engagement at ASU, including developing a Student Ambassador programWorking collaboratively with team members, coordinate and schedule NASPO speakers for classes within the NDSCM each semesterPrepare agendas, proposals, and materials for meetings, to include minutes when appropriateSupport data collection and analysis for reporting purposes, including surveys, program evaluations, and performance metricsTrack participant registration, progress, and engagement in professional development programs, ensuring accurate reporting of outcomesSupport the development of a procurement talent pipeline between local high schools, community and technical colleges, and the NDSCMPromote and recruit students for the NASPO Internship Program, NASPO Scholars, and other programsSupport the development and implementation of new programming to include focusing on engagement within high schools and clubs such as DECAAssist in the logistical planning and execution of signature events and programs, including shipping materials, preparing agendas, and coordinating on-site operationsProvide administrative support to specified individuals for trips to ASU (generally primary members, C-suite, and assigned NASPO staff)Utilize community and industry networks to enhance NASPO’s visibility and promote partnership opportunities, including social media promotionCreate and maintain 'how-to' process documents for operational workflows to maintain consistency, efficiency, and knowledge sharing across the divisionOrder and track the team’s swag inventory for events, conferences, and partner engagementsSupport with additional tasks outlined in projects or initiatives assigned to the Partnerships and Procurement Talent Development teamsPerform other related duties as assigned to effectively execute on the division’s mission and goalsTravel to NASPO related conferences, business meetings, and partner events.
