Key Responsibilities
Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in optimal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements
Assist in creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders
Help investigate critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide analytical responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibility
Presentation of insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the analysis to facilitate stakeholder understanding
Assist in developing and distributing specific queries to pull and integrate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and validating the need of the data requirements
Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team
Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and methods by monitoring for trends and errors
Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision
May perform other work duties as directed by the team leader
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to effectively listen to, understand, and communicate ideas and present written, verbal, or presentation materials to audiences of varying sizes
Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred
Ability to grasp the issue, to summarize and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning
Able to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications is preferred
Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is preferred
Able to work effectively in a strong support/team-oriented environment
Able to commit to responsibilities independently and be a self-motivated individual
Past internship experience in a related field is preferred
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Ability to plan and support large business initiatives
