About the People Analytics Team The People Analytics Team is a vital part of the People Division at American Airlines, and we're looking for a skilled Data Entry Analyst/Senior Analyst to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a member of this team, you'll play a critical role in providing analytical expertise to the Human Resources (HR) Department and driving initiatives that deliver value, cost savings, and process efficiencies. Key Responsibilities Conceive and develop analytical models to drive business decisions Define and track key performance metrics, develop scorecards, and drive improvement initiatives Develop forecasting models to inform strategic decisions Integrate and manage large datasets to provide insights and recommendations that drive business outcomes Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training At least 3 years of experience in an HR or People Analytics role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: An advanced degree or Master's degree in Business Administration Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive insights and recommendations Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of motivation and self-direction Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At American Airlines, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
