**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Analyst at careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:

* **Data Validation**: Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data within the system and ensure timely follow-up for correction, conducting regular data validation checks to identify inaccuracies or discrepancies in lead information.
* **Reporting**: Prepare reports detailing missing or incomplete data and communicate these findings to the sales team, collaborating closely with the Sales Team to address missing data and ensure that leads are properly qualified.
* **Process Improvement**: Work within guidelines and tools to streamline data quality processes, aiming to reduce operational costs, and proactively suggest improvements to current data handling practices to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of data management.
* **Documentation**: Document and report any challenges or deviations from standard processes to leadership for further action, ensuring consistency in data entry and reporting.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**

* **Proven Experience**: Proven experience in data entry, or a related field, with a strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience working with Salesforce.
