Job Overview This role is a member of the Compliance Group within the People/HR Division at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You will support the HR Compliance team and tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results, maintaining relationships with various agencies, and performing database entry tasks. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Compliance team with tasks such as acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint freedom letters Maintain associations with agencies, including TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance Collaborate with clients and teams on a regular basis Review completed Unique Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy, retransmitting fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications. You should also be familiar with the TSA Clearinghouse database and have experience with advanced Excel skills, including formatting, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup. Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have experience with advanced Access skills, the ability to interpret large sets of data to create meaningful reports, and excellent problem-solving skills. You should also be able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, work well in a team environment, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
