The Event & Speaker Content Manager will shape the voice and story for high-profile events, focusing on content strategy, storytelling, and production to engage executive technical audiences.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement persona-focused content strategies targeting executive technical audiences (CIO, CTO, CISO, CDO)Craft cohesive event narratives that align with our client's broader marketing campaigns, positioning, and business goalsCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and event production teams to ensure messaging is consistent, clear, and audience-relevantUtilize insights, research, and real-time feedback to refine storytelling approaches and innovate new content formatsTranslate complex technical topics into engaging, actionable, and inspiring storiesPartner with internal stakeholders to identify and develop speaker storylines and presentation contentEnsure speaker sessions align with key event themes, audience interests, and the client's core narrativesProvide editorial guidance and content support throughout the speaker preparation processSupport executive communications and event scripts where neededMeet concrete deliverable list (e.g. abstracts, session outlines, executive scripts/teleprompter copy, slide narratives, demo storyboards)Engage with the cross-functional client teams to integrate the client’s narratives across all event touchpointsOversee demo program storytelling and production for key events such as AI Sprint and NextCoordinate production and program management tasks for event showcases β€” from concept through on-site executionEnsure all content components align with event strategy, tone, and visual directionWork closely with creative, production, and strategy partners to maintain alignment on messaging and executionPartner with marketing and audience teams to ensure all communications are targeted and measurableBuild strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring collaboration, transparency, and shared visionMeasure content impact across events and marketing campaigns β€” using data and insights to continuously improve relevance and effectivenessSurface audience feedback, engagement trends, and performance insights to inform future strategySkillsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fieldMinimum of 5+ years of experience in content strategy, marketing communications, or event storytelling, ideally within the tech or B2B spaceProven ability to craft and manage content that resonates with senior technical and executive audiencesExperience managing speaker content and event communications for large-scale corporate eventsStrong understanding of cloud technology narratives or complex technical subject matter a plusExcellent writing, editing, and presentation skills β€” with a keen eye for tone, structure, and clarityHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyComfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentProficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project tools (e.g. Asana/Smartsheet) and presentation design platformsVirtual desktop set up is required; no new software purchases requiredCompany OverviewTEAM is dedicated to crafting brand experiences that are not just seen and heard but truly felt.
