Job Overview This role is part of the Compliance Group within the Human Resources/HR Division at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You will support the HR Compliance team and tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results, maintaining relationships with various agencies, and ensuring database accuracy. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Compliance team with tasks such as acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint freedom letters Maintain associations with agencies, including TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance Collaborate with clients and teams consistently, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution Review completed Unique Fingerprint Applications for accuracy and retransmit fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications Access to the TSA Clearinghouse database Advanced Excel skills, including formatting, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup Advanced Access skills Ability to interpret large sets of data to create meaningful reports Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities Capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Proven ability to apply fair and consistent use of company policies and government requirements Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a compliance or data management role Knowledge of HRIS and EC systems Experience with database management and analysis Strong communication and interpersonal skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
