Your primary responsibilities will include: * Leading and managing a team of data analysts and engineers to develop and maintain data-driven solutions for our web and cloud applications * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and IT teams * Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions * Developing and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders * Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness * Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and software development **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage a team of data analysts and engineers to develop and maintain data-driven solutions for our web and cloud applications * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and IT teams * Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions * Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders * Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and software development **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as software engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer science * 4+ years of experience as a data analyst, business intelligence engineer, or a related quantitative role * 1+ year of experience as a manager and at least 2 years of experience in a Fortune 500 organization * Experience developing presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders at a MD and VP level * Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to communicate a vision, motivate a team, and achieve results * Master-level BI dashboarding experience, including PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or other similar tools * Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large data sets * Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data to solve complex problems * Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects with a focus on results **Preferred Qualifications** * Graduate degree in a quantitative field * Certifications, such as Google Data Analytics Professional Declaration, Power BI Data Analyst Partner, AWS Certified Data Analyst, or other similar certifications * Experience with DataDog, AppD, Kibana, or other similar tools * Experience with enterprise monitoring systems, such as Palantir, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, or other similar tools * Experience with AWS - Redshift, Quicksight, Athena, or other similar tools * Experience with BigQuery, Quantum Measurements, Akamai, or other similar tools * Experience with text analysis and AI * Data visualization experience * Familiarity with Python, Flash, R, or other programming languages * Experience with continuous integration and delivery using Spry techniques **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading global airline and contribute to the development of innovative technology solutions * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a diverse team of professionals * Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the organization **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced data analytics professional who is passionate about innovation and making a meaningful impact in the aviation industry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
