Job Overview Agora Law Group, PLLC is a firm that specializes in intellectual property. Our firm is looking for a qualified patent agent or patent attorney with at least 3 years of experience working in patents. This role is best suited for an individual with an electrical engineering background and experience with semiconductor devices. Option to work remote, hybrid, or fully in-person. Duties Provide expert legal advice on patent applications, including preparation and prosecution Manage U.S. and international patent prosecution/trademarks; represent clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Draft and respond to USPTO office actions, manage filings, and provide counsel to clients Requirements USPTO registration in good standing Minimum 3 years experience required Electrical engineering background, experience with semiconductor devices required Proficiency in Korean and/or Chinese (writing and reading) preferred Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
