**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team, working remotely and contributing to the success of our organization. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data, developing reporting solutions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business decisions. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of data sources, including Microsoft Access, Excel, and SQL Server, and develop your skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Analyst at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop reporting solutions
* Analyzing complex data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
* Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
* Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving data-related problems
* Presenting analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
* Developing and maintaining databases and data systems to support business needs
* Evaluating data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance data analysis and reporting
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2-4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, and SQL Server
* Experience with development programming languages, such as ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript
* Experience with database languages, such as Transact SQL and Oracle PLSQL
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of careerzynith systems, databases, and underlying data structures
* Experience with Hadoop, Oracle, and other data management tools
* Crystal Reporting experience
* Strong communication and presentation skills
