Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and issue resolution
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers
Assist in office administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Proficient in English, both verbal and written
Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate computerized systems
Excellent typing skills
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.25 - $19.40 per hour
