**Job Summary**
As a Data Analyst at careerzynith, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our content team to identify trends and patterns in client behavior, anticipate content engagement, and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and AI will be essential in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Investigate client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Anticipate content engagement to inform securing decisions
* Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
* Communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
* Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement data-driven content strategies
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical modeling and AI
* Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
* Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
