As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive engagement and growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions * Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, search queries) to identify neglected client needs and untapped content opportunities * Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions * Streamline our content launch and episode release process to optimize engagement and retention * Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention * Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation * Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth * Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI methods * Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python * Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, and clustering * Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems * Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud * Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git * Strong understanding of media and entertainment industry trends and challenges **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $22/hour * Opportunity to work with a leading entertainment and media company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities, including training and mentorship * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and storytelling, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
