You will work closely with our content development team to identify trends and opportunities, and develop insights that will help us create engaging and relevant content for our audiences. If you are a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for data-driven decision making, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Apply advanced analytical procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions * Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing habits, engagement patterns) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities * Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions * Streamline our content launch and episode release process * Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention * Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation * Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth * Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 2 years of experience in data analysis * Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and/or Python * Experience with statistical analysis and AI methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc. * Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems * Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field * Experience working with large-scale data sets and complex data systems * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Strong understanding of media and entertainment industry trends and challenges **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, R, and/or Python * Experience with data visualization tools and cloud-based data platforms **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
