**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation and Content Development team. As a Data Analyst, you will apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, identify untapped audience needs, and optimize content performance. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped audience needs and uncover new content opportunities
* Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
* Streamline our content launch and episode release processes to optimize audience engagement
* Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve content commitment and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions
* Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI methods
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
* Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, and clustering
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
