We're now seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping arenaflex's future. **Overview** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing outstanding support and assistance to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. You'll be working in a fully remote environment, and we'll provide you with all the necessary equipment to ensure your success. This is an ongoing temporary position, and the hours can vary from part-time to up to 40 hours per week during peak times. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices and maintain relationships with existing clients * Respond to questions via phone in a call center environment * Solve customer issues regarding employee benefits, researching problems and processing documents * Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics **About You** We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
