**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Applying advanced analytical techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI, to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Analyzing customer behavior, including viewing patterns and preferences, to identify untapped customer needs and opportunities for new content development
* Forecasting content engagement to inform procurement decisions and optimize content release strategies
* Streamlining content launch and episode release processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
* Testing marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
* Developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform business decisions
* Providing ad-hoc analysis and support to partners to drive business outcomes
* Communicating complex data insights through compelling storytelling and visualizations to stakeholders across the organization
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI methods
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
* Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, and clustering
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creative problem-solving skills to complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights through verbal, written, and visual communication
