Key Responsibilities
Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
Analyze customer behavior (e.g., genre preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities
Predict content engagement to guide acquisition decisions
Optimize our content launch and episode release strategy
Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both tactical and strategic guidance
Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders to help drive the business forward
Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in Data Analysis
Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and/or Python
Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques: decision trees, regression, classification, etc.
Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
