Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions. Your expertise will help optimize our content launch and episode release strategy, test marketing tactics, and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance.

Key Responsibilities

Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) to drive business decisions
Analyze customer behavior to identify neglected customer needs and untapped content opportunities
Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
Optimize content launch and episode release strategy
Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention
Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance
Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders to drive business forward
Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization


Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:

A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis
Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and/or Python
Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning methods (decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.)
Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

A Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
