Key Responsibilities Work with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to create quality technical solutions Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business procedures, and comply with departmental standards Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementing to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Technology Teams Participate in systems and acceptance testing Scope of work varies depending on the Team assignment Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles, theories, and practices. You should also have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and be familiar with technical environments. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of data security and risk mitigation principles, theories, and practices Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Basic understanding of business analysis, process modeling, and optimization Major understanding of project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical resources Openness to Agile philosophies Coursework or experience related to Cybersecurity Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines Past investigator internship experience within the past year Experience solving business problems in a capstone or case competition Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
