**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure accurate and timely customs clearance of shipments, including preparation and submission of necessary documentation
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, including tracking and tracing information
* Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues
* Process organization financier shipments and may handle distant filings
* Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, including those related to customs, tariffs, and export controls
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as international trade, logistics, or business administration
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
* At least 6 months of work experience in a related field, such as customs brokerage, logistics, or international trade
* Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures, including those related to import and export
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
