CRO & Testing Specialist - Kforce Technology Staffing

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a CRO & Testing Specialist - Web in Redwood City, CA. Summary: We are seeking a hands-on CRO & Testing Specialist to support the execution of web optimization and experimentation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the CRO lead to set up, QA, and launch experiments, analyze results, and coordinate the rollout of winning variations into production. REQUIREMENTS: * The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in web testing and CRO (conversion rate optimization execution, with direct experience in Adobe Target and analyzing performance using supporting tools * Hands-on experience with Adobe Target (Adobe certification preferred: Adobe Target Optimization Specialist Professional or Adobe Target Business Practitioner Expert) * Experience with Adobe Analytics and behavioral analysis tools (e.g., Mouseflow, heatmapping, user testing) * Familiar with collaborative tools: Slack, Jira, and Confluence * Detail-oriented with strong QA skills to ensure high-quality experiment setup and reporting Nice to have: * Experience with personalization, audience segmentation, familiarity with CMS and web production, and familiarity with Figma for design collaboration The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
