**The Role**

As a Customer Support Specialist - Voice and Chat, you'll be the face of careerzynith, interacting with our customers via voice calls and/or chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients, ensuring a positive experience
* Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
* Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
* Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
* Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
* 2 years of experience in a customer support role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
