As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our US market, providing top-notch support to our clients through email and chat. Your mission will be to resolve customer queries efficiently, offer solutions, and help them navigate our products and services. You'll be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration, continuous learning, and a culture of transparency. **Your Mission** As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional support to our US clients via email and chat, addressing their queries on payments, invoicing, account management, and our products. * Conducting thorough research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer inquiries. * Evaluating updates to our products and services to recommend potential improvements. * Collaborating with the Customer Care team to ensure seamless support and a positive customer experience. * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance to our clients. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar position. * Full professional proficiency in English. * Exceptional soft skills, including strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. * A remarkable enthusiasm for supporting a scale-up during its growth phase. * A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. **Added Values** While not essential, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued: * Previous experience in start-up or scale-up environments. * Familiarity with HTML/CSS, CMSs (such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix), and Google Tag Manager. * Proficiency in Dutch, German, or Italian. **Location and Work Environment** At arenaflex, we believe in the flexibility of remote work.
