As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, engaging with new and existing customers on services, and overseeing the route optimization for technicians.

**Job Summary**

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their queries, resolving their issues, and providing them with the best possible experience. You will also be responsible for overseeing the route optimization for technicians, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

**Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
* Identify customer needs and help customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
* Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
* Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
* Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
* Inform customers about new offers or services
* Follow up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
* Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams
* Oversee the route optimization for technicians

**Requirements**

* Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
* Familiarity with pool industry is a plus
* Understanding of how CRM systems work
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Multi-tasking abilities
* Patience when handling challenging customers and situations

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in the pool industry
* Knowledge of CRM systems and software
* Experience with social media management and customer engagement
