Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Basic English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Access to a device with a stable internet connection, capable of using social media and chat functionalities (e.g., Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop). The ability to work independently, following instructions and guidelines meticulously, with a strong attention to detail. Availability for 5 to 40 hours per week, with a reliable internet connection, and a willingness to adapt to flexible working hours. A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a patient and empathetic approach to resolving customer queries.
