Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch support to veterinary professionals through various channels, including live chat, phone, and email, to address their questions, concerns, and technical issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the evolution of our platform Utilize intercom and other chat platforms to engage with users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform, its features, and its applications to provide accurate and helpful support Work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to meet the needs of our users Foster a positive and supportive community by promoting our platform, providing guidance, and encouraging user engagement Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer support and thrive in a dynamic team environment. Essential Qualifications 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, preferably in a support or service-oriented role 2-Year Associate's Degree or 4-Year College Degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely Experience with chat support or other customer-facing technologies, such as intercom, is strongly preferred Patient, compassionate, and empathetic, with a strong ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Tech or start-up work experience, with a strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends Knowledge of the veterinary industry or experience working with veterinary professionals Experience with platform demos, training, or other educational content Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop creative solutions Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies that enable you to deliver exceptional customer support, work effectively in a team environment, and contribute to the growth and success of our platform.
