You'll provide exceptional service, empathy, and efficient solutions to customers and businesses, working closely with other teams to find the best solutions and experiences. **What We're Looking For** * 8+ months of experience in customer service, handling various written and phone communication channels * Experience in a fast-paced environment with constant change * Impeccable grammar, spelling, and writing skills, with the ability to write in both formal and informal tones, adapting to the company's tone * A highly motivated individual who works well in a team * Excellent emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills * Highly organized, with the ability to adapt to multiple problem-solving and concise communication **Typical Responsibilities** * Provide immediate support to written requests via chat, email, web widget, or phone calls: + General Atrato inquiries + How to create a request + Cancellations, and more... * Provide immediate support to internal team-generated requests through company communication channels * Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and empathy **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary base: $10,000 MXN brutos * Commissions of up to $4,000 MXN brutos * Benefits as an Atrater: + 100% remote work + team + SGMM (private insurance) + Possibility of having stock options based on performance + 15 (and increasing) vacation days from year zero + Up to 18 months of interest-free purchases with our affiliated merchants + Work on objectives **Security and Compliance** The candidate commits to complying with all information security policies and procedures established by the company.
