Job Overview and Responsibilities As a Customer Support Crewmember at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via multiple channels, including phone calls, digital support (chat, SMS text, email, etc.), and other communication platforms. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional service to every customer, every time, while consistently meeting our high standards of service, sales, and operational support. Support continuous calls and digital support channels into the CSC, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and requests. Provide exceptional service to every customer, every time, through effective problem-solving and consistent standards of service, sales, and operational support. Perform all assigned activities related to booking, modifying, and supporting customer reservations, including selling flights and ancillary products and services. Maintain KPI performance standards as defined by the CSC, ensuring that you meet and exceed targets for customer satisfaction, sales, and operational efficiency. Requirements for Success To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Successful completion of new hire training, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this position. Provide a safe and professional office-work environment, free from background noise and distraction, which is essential for delivering exceptional customer service. Able to pass a ten (10) year background check, which is a mandatory requirement for all Customer Support Crewmembers at blithequark. Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located, with the ability to provide documentation to support your eligibility. Provide a high-speed internet connection to meet work from home requirements, which is essential for accessing our systems and tools remotely. Education and Experience Requirements We are seeking candidates with the following education and experience: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma, which is the minimum educational requirement for this role. One (1) year of customer service or sales experience, which will provide you with a solid foundation for success in this position. Competencies and Skills To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following competencies and skills: Technically proficient in working with CSC systems/programs/tools, including but not limited to: Radixx Res, RadixxGo, ZenDesk, and MIS Choice DCS. Ability to answer continuous calls and digital messages (i.e., chat, SMS text, email, etc.), while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus. Ability to navigate through complex processes while interacting with a customer, using effective problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries and requests. Ability to navigate through concurrent digital interactions with more than one customer at a time, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer, which is essential for accessing and utilizing our systems and tools. Previous sales and call center experience is preferred, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to all new hires. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, which are critical for maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks and priorities.
