Ā Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries

Ā Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive

Ā Appropriately communicate with customers

Ā Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Ā Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate

Ā Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Ā Provide feedback on call issues

Ā Upsell if required
Requirements
Ā Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
,
Ā 6 months Customer service experience preferred
,
Ā Over 18 years of age
,
Ā Ability to type 25 wpm
,
Ā High School Graduate or GED
,
Ā Comfort with desktop computer system
,
Ā Proven oral & written communication skills
,
Ā Ability to recognize referral needs for customer
,
Ā Ability to work in an environment free from paper and electronics (outside of Teleperformance provided equipment)

Ā Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions
