**The Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist in our careerzynith team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical and non-technical assistance to our clients' customers. Your primary duties will include:
* Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian
* Providing efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries
* Treating customers with respect, following careerzynith's policies and procedures
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (although not mandatory)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
