Many of our Colleagues have grown into different roles and administrative positions, so having a long-term career center is beneficial * Communicate with veterinary facilities via telephone (sometimes other stations depending on the situation) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts, so being thorough is essential * Expect a significant portion of the average business day will be outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts **What You'll Need** * Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening) * Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes) * Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out enough to be noticed to detail * Proficiency with Microsoft Office * High school education or equivalent * Should be able to maintain a Pharmacy Expert License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable * Decision-making abilities * Exhibited ability to perform multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment * Ability to adapt to change as per the business needs of the organization * Flexibility to move schedule and stay at work longer than required depending on the situation by the specialty unit * Should demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data * Should be able to pass personal investigation * Appear for work!
