[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to oversee order entry and fulfillment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products while collaborating with internal teams and customers. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, sales, and cross‑functional partners Manage complex customer orders across multiple sourcing locations, transportation modes, and products Act quickly to resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and keep orders moving Process routine and complex customer orders using systems such as SAP, Elemica, SeedWare, and related tools Own service resolution end‑to‑end, leading corrective actions when issues arise Train and support retail partners on SeedWare order and account management Championing the customer experience while balancing business priorities Collaborate closely with CSR peers and Sales teams to deliver seamless service Skills High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in customer service, supply chain, planning, invoicing, or related functions Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems Ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency Confidence in addressing customer issues and driving solutions Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasonal demand Associate degree preferred Benefits Numerous development opportunities offered to build your skills Health benefits for you and your family on your first day of employment Four weeks of paid time off and two weeks of well-being pay per year, plus paid holidays Excellent parental leave which includes a minimum of 16 weeks for mother and father Future planning with our competitive retirement savings plan and tuition reimbursement program Company Overview Corteva Agriscience provides agronomic support and services to help increase farmer productivity and profitability.
