Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
One year of customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
Own a desktop PC with Windows 8.1 (or higher) or OSX 10.13+ (or later), as well as high-speed Internet service
A quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home
A telephone, either landline or cell, is required
Strong computer and Internet skills, with the ability to operate multiple applications simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting performance metrics and deadlines
