**Job Summary**

We're looking for two experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our team, working remotely from home. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Manage customer interactions, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
* Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and updates
* Work independently, managing your time and priorities to meet deadlines and achieve goals
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
* Contribute to the development of our customer support processes and procedures

**Essential Qualifications**

* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving goals
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time and priorities effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using customer support software and tools (e.g. ZenDesk, Slack, JIRA)
* Native U.S. English speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating shifts

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in a customer support or call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and develop your knowledge
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Support Professional)
* Experience using CRM software and tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time and priorities effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using customer support software and tools (e.g. ZenDesk, Slack, JIRA)
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
