Key Responsibilities:


Provide exceptional customer support via various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless handling of listings and support tickets
Manage and prioritize tasks independently, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills
Communicate with customers in a kind, helpful, and professional manner, providing solutions and support as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure 7-day a week coverage, with flexible scheduling to meet business needs
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills


Essential Qualifications:


Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in customer support or a related field (not required but preferred)
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk, Slack, and JIRA
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
Certifications or training in customer support, sales, or a related field
