Operations Coordinator
Operations Coordinator | South Africa | Full-Time
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily operational activities, coordinating tasks across teams, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure smooth internal processes.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to keep workflows moving, support administrative and operational tasks, and contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and consistency.
Key responsibilities include coordinating operational activities, tracking deliverables, supporting team communication, maintaining documentation, and assisting with problem-solving as issues arise. You should be comfortable working independently, communicating clearly, and using common business tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
