As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be the voice of careerzynith, providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide top-notch customer support through inbound calls, chats, and emails, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with careerzynith
* Resolve post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, substitutions, and order status inquiries
* Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach
* Utilize your knowledge of PCs and technology to navigate multiple programs, tabs, and tools to quickly and effectively answer customer questions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless experience
* Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to management to enhance customer satisfaction and support processes
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and support effectiveness metrics
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
* Experience working in a Windows-based environment or similar
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal downtime
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer support experience in a call center or similar environment
* Experience working with e-commerce companies or similar industries
