As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative on our overnight team, you'll be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, tickets, and email Answering inbound calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing department inbox Working independently and as part of a team to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and timely solutions to customers Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Contributing to the development of process improvements and best practices to enhance customer support operations Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: An associate degree or 2 years' experience in customer support or client relations Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work occasional flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times or as required for coverage Willingness to learn new technologies and skills, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: Experience working in a customer support or client relations role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Knowledge of ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software Experience working with technical products or services, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology Certifications or training in customer service, technical support, or a related field Benefits As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: A competitive hourly rate of $24-$26 per hour Comprehensive benefits, including excellent health benefits, a $100 monthly fitness allotment, tuition reimbursement program, and enhanced mental health resources A 401(k) plan with a generous company match and annual profit-sharing contribution (subject to company performance) PTO, Floating Holidays, Wellness Day Off, Birthday Day Off, and more!
