**Experience and Qualifications**

* Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment is highly desirable, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems.
* Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and another language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
