Rubber Technician - Entry Level
What You’ll Do:
• Learn to test, inspect, and clean High Voltage primary protection equipment to ensure it meets safety standards.
• Clean, test, and certify personal protective equipment (PPE) using proper procedures.
• Follow testing standards and maintain quality in all tasks.
What You Need:
• High School Diploma or GED (No prior experience required—we’ll train you!)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and motivation to grow within the company.
