**Position Overview**

We are looking for an Experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team as a Live Chat Agent. As a Live Chat Agent, you will provide exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat software. You will interact with visitors on our clients' websites and provide prompt and friendly customer service.

**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative – Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information
* Assisting customers in making informed decisions
* Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively
* Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Staying up-to-date with product and service information
* Following up on customer interactions
* Providing solutions to customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Identifying and escalating critical customer issues to management
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills

**Contract Length**

There is no fixed term for this position, giving you the flexibility to work on your own terms.

**Pay Rate**

The pay rate for this position is between $25 - $35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. We value our employees and strive to offer competitive pay rates to ensure their satisfaction.

**Skills/Background Needed**

To qualify for this position, you must have:

* A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
* The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
* A reliable internet connection
* Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week

In addition to these requirements, we are looking for individuals who possess the following skills:
