About the Role
We are excited to introduce a new role to our team – a Customer Support Representative who will play a vital part in shaping our customer support strategy and processes. As our first dedicated CS rep, you will have the unique opportunity to build the foundation of our support system and pave the way for future team members. Your contributions will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of delivering exceptional customer support and driving business growth. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Communicating with customers via live chat or email to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and provide expert support to our customers
Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways of product improvement, helping us to refine our offerings and meet the evolving needs of our customers
Collaborating with our development team to identify and prioritize areas for improvement, ensuring that our app meets the highest standards of quality and functionality
Assisting with non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests, and contributing to the growth and development of our company


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications:

Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
A passion for helping others and resolving problems, with a strong customer-centric approach and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy, remaining calm and composed under pressure
Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with a basic understanding of CSS and JS, and a willingness to learn more if needed
Comfortable working with technical documentation and writing articles, with a keen eye for detail and a ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Willingness to perform non-CS related tasks and adapt to the needs of a small startup, with a flexible and proactive approach to work
Ability to have at least a 4-hour overlap with our team's working hours (GMT+7 9am-6pm), with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace


Nice to Have
In addition to the essential requirements, the following skills and experience would be highly desirable:

Experience working with Shopify, particularly in theme development or customization, with a deep understanding of the platform and its ecosystem
Experience working with B2B SaaS, with a knowledge of the industry and its trends, and a understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with it
Additional languages, such as French, Spanish, or Italian, with a proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing, and a ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse linguistic backgrounds
Any other skills that can be beneficial to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, or design, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
