Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering customer requests, handling bug issues, and investigating problems on customer accounts * Categorizing and analyzing insights from conversations with customers to improve our products and processes * Identifying opportunities for a better customer journey and self-service * Maintaining and expanding articles, bots, the knowledge library, and auto-replies to achieve fast and qualitative support * Taking responsibility for own projects and ensuring they are completed within a quarter to improve support services * Participating in customer onboarding calls to ensure a smooth start with our product **Who We're Looking For** * You have a strong passion for online marketing and customer experience * You possess excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent) * You're able to handle customer inquiries with an excellent communication strategy and style * You're good at finding, running, and finishing projects * You're able to organize your day and prioritize tasks * You can share constructive feedback and are open to feedback * You understand and identify customer needs that we don't currently meet and forward potential solutions to the team lead * Technical knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Zapier, email tools) and social media is a great advantage * A technical background or experience in tech support is not a requirement but an advantage **What You Can Expect at arenaflex** * **Remote & Freedom**: We believe that every work environment should be ideal and tailored to the individual.
