HR Service Jobs is looking for meticulous and detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Online Course Reviewers. In this role, you will evaluate, audit, and assess e-learning courses across various platforms to ensure content accuracy, user experience quality, and instructional integrity. Key Responsibilities

Review online courses for instructional quality, clarity, structure, engagement, and effectiveness.

Identify issues such as broken links, outdated content, typos, or technical glitches in course material.

Evaluate audio, video, and interactive elements for clarity and usability.
• *

Provide structured, constructive feedback on course design, accessibility, and learner engagement.
• *

Ensure courses meet platform standards, educational objectives, and learning outcomes.
• *

Complete assigned course reviews within given timelines and formatting guidelines.
• *

Collaborate with content teams to communicate findings and suggest improvements.
• *

Maintain detailed logs and documentation of reviews performed.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
• *

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or errors.
• *

Understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning pedagogy (preferred).
• *

Familiarity with popular e-learning platforms such as Udemy, Coursera, Skillshare, LinkedIn Learning, etc.
• *

Comfortable navigating various LMS interfaces and digital content.
• *

Ability to provide balanced, actionable feedback clearly and professionally.

Self-motivated with strong time management skills for working independently.
• Experience
• *

Previous experience in teaching, training, course creation, content writing, editing, or instructional design is a plus.

Freshers with relevant educational backgrounds and passion for online learning are encouraged to apply.
