About the Role: Customer Support Rep – Chat In this exciting role, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our clients in a positive and professional light. Your goal will be to turn these conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue and grow their business. You'll be the face of our company, providing accurate information, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner. Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing personalized support and solutions Provide accurate information about our products and services, as well as those of our clients, to help customers make informed decisions Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and drive business results for our clients Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring seamless follow-up and follow-through Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary) Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus (if you're a gamer, you'll fit right in!)
