Key Responsibilities
Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail order solutions
Provide heart-driven support to plan members, offering solutions and guidance to improve their healthcare experience
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans, policies, and procedures
Adhere to HIPAA and legislative compliance requirements
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Ability to issue tackle in a positive, helpful way
