Job Responsibilities In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our valued customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat. Your primary objectives will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional, caring, and responsive manner, ensuring that each interaction is logged accurately in our ticketing system. Key responsibilities include: Telephone Support: Perform scheduled telephone support, answering customer questions completely and professionally, and ensuring that commitments to perform research and follow-up are completed. E-mail and Chat Support: Respond to and complete all assigned messages or contacts, addressing customer questions and issues in a timely and effective manner. Skill Improvement: Continually strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Communication: Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your immediate supervisor or department manager, and communicate trends, issues, and solutions to supervisors and management. Supporting Coworkers: Offer procedural advice and assistance to other representatives, helping to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment. Maintaining Client Relationships: Ensure positive working relationships with support clients, providing all support functions within the guidelines of the contact center and client policies and procedures. Productivity and Accuracy: Maintain departmental productivity standards while exhibiting accuracy in the applicable ticketing system. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, employees, superiors, and business contacts in a professional and courteous manner. Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong listening skills. Computer Skills: Intermediate to advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Internet knowledge. Customer Care: Aptitude for providing superior customer care, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Dependability and Adaptability: Must exhibit dependability, adaptability, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Basic Math Skills: Basic math skills and creative thinking and reasoning ability. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Promotions: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or promotions can be beneficial in this role, although it is not required.
