About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at blithequark. As a remote Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional customer care and support to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions in an omnichannel support environment. This is a temporary full-time position with the possibility of extension or conversion to permanent employment. Key Responsibilities Provide efficient and friendly assistance to customers via phone, email, live chat, and other channels Complete administrative tasks, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments, processing orders, and handling customer complaints Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products and services to provide Level 1 Product Support information to customers Route customers' support needs to the appropriate teams and ensure seamless coordination Contribute to the achievement of departmental performance KPIs and productivity benchmarks Ensure customer privacy and security by following policies and procedures related to customer verification, data security, and compliance requirements Embodify the blithequark culture and values in all internal and external interactions Essential Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment or providing remote customer support Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional tone Demonstrated ability to de-escalate and preempt customer frustration, fostering positive experiences and resolutions Intermediate to advanced computer skills and familiarity with support software (Salesforce experience a plus) Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-touch support environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English effectively Proficiency in Spanish is preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service Knowledge of hearing care products and services, or a willingness to learn Experience with omnichannel support software and technology Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
